Salmon Ball Erma - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can red salmon, drained, cleaned* and mashed with fork
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley (dry is okay)
    dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    Mix all together; chill several hours and mold into 1 large or 2 small balls.
    Serve with Wheat Thins.
