Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
3 chopped bananas
1 tsp. soda
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
-
Cream the first 3 ingredients by mixer.
Mix all others by hand.
Bake in tube or Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
