Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, chopped and boiled
    6 eggs, chopped and boiled
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 stick celery, chopped
    1 small jar pimiento
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 c. sweet relish
    salt and pepper
    mayonnaise to mix
Preparation
    Cook and cool potatoes and eggs.
    Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
