Sugar-Free Striped Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. peanut butter (creamy-style)
    3 tsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 (4 serving size) box sugar-free vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1 (4 serving size) box sugar-free chocolate pudding (not instant)
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 oz. lite Cool Whip
    5 lb. bag McIntosh or Marsh apples or your preference
    2 c. sugar (more or less as desired)
    2 sticks Parkay margarine (for buttery taste) or use butter
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cornstarch or flour
    3 pie crusts for top and bottom (see No Fail Pie Crust and double the recipe)
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Peel, core and de-seed apples.
    Cut into slices.
    Wash apple slices and put into a large bowl.
    Set aside.
