Weight Watcher'S Lazy Day Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    Italian spice
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water (optional)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, green pepper and onion.
    Add salt, pepper, sugar and Italian spice to taste.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.
    Bring to boil.
    Let simmer 15 minutes.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer meat sauce and noodles (uncooked).
    Add remaining sauce.
    Top with 8 ounces part-skim Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
