Panama Canal Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 cubes margarine
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    12 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed and divided
    3 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    4 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix together flour, margarine and chopped nuts. Press with hands into glass 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Cool.
