Sausage Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 c. plain rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. milk
    soy sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Cook sausage. Drain. Keep drippings. Saut celery and onion in sausage drippings and drain. Combine all ingredients. Blend well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
