Polenta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 to 3/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal, cold water and salt.
    Stir into boiling water.
    Stir constantly over low heat for 15 minutes.
    Add 2 tablespoons butter and stir.
    Stir until thickens.
    Spread on polenta board or on individual plates.
    Sprinkle each serving with melted butter (optional) and Parmesan cheese.
    Spread on sauce and more cheese.
    Grab your fork, mark off your area and enjoy.
