Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    4 c. (approximately 1 lb.) grated carrots
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
    3 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, slightly softened
    3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Grease and flour two 9 inch round pans or spray with non-stick cooking spray. (If you are using a non-stick pan you will not need to do this.)
