Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    2 medium onions, peeled and grated
    4 ribs celery, cut in 3-inch pieces
    3 c. water
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. mace
    3 c. milk
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Wash cauliflower; break into small pieces and place in large saucepan.
    Add onions, celery and water.
    Simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Remove vegetables from cooking water with slotted spoon.
    Save cooking water.
    Place vegetables and butter in food processor and process until smooth.
    In large saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour and seasoning.
    Cook 1 minute.
