"Primavera Salad"(Spring) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    2 c. shell pasta (cooked)
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, chopped
    1 c. Monterey cheese, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper (green), chopped
    1 medium red pepper, chopped
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put in refrigerator for 1/2 hour and enjoy it.
