Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. molasses
2/3 c. dark corn syrup
3 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. whole pecans or pieces
1 (9-inch) uncooked pie shell
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick melted butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs lightly in mixer.
Add remaining ingredients except pecans.
Blend until just combined. Pour mixture into pie shell and sprinkle with pecans.
Bake 40 minutes or until filling is puffy and the crust is golden brown.
