Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can flaked coconut
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    Mix sugar, baking powder and flour.
    Add eggs and beat well. Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Yield: 2 pies.
