Baked Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, tenderized
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cut steak in serving size pieces.
    Dip steak in oil; roll in crumbs.
    Place in a foil lined baking dish.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 8 servings.
