Mock Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In a blender or small food processor, combine all the ingredients.
Blend into a smooth consistency.
Refrigerate in a screwtop jar for daily use.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
