Ingredients

2 egg whites (room temperature)
3/4 c. light brown sugar
2 1/2 c. nuts, whole or cut up
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 250\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Gradually add brown sugar.
Add remaining ingredients.
Roast 30 to 40 minutes.
