Fried Green Tomatoes Or Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green tomatoes or 1 medium size eggplant
    skillet 1/2 full hot grease
    1 c. seasoned flour
Preparation
    Thin slice tomatoes or eggplant into a bowl of water.
    Put seasoned flour into a bag, add a few slices of tomato or eggplant at a time and shake until well coated.
    Put each slice into the hot grease and fry until golden brown.
