Corny Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. light Karo syrup
    1 3/4 c. peanut butter
    3 to 4 c. cornflakes
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and corn syrup in a saucepan.
    Boil for 1 minute; remove from heat.
    Add peanut butter, stirring until smooth.
    Add vanilla and blend.
    Pour over cornflakes; mix well until coated. Spread into a greased pan.
    Cut into squares when cooled.
