Stayaway Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed stew beef
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 can cream of tomato soup
    4 or 5 large Irish potatoes
    1 c. tiny green peas
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 chopped onions
    1 bay leaf
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish that has a tight lid. Place in oven at 275\u00b0. Cook at least 5 hours. Longer cooking will not affect stew.
