1 lb. boneless beef sirloin
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
3 Tbsp. salted black beans
3 medium tomatoes
1 small white onion
2 green onions (with tops)
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. water
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. chopped ginger root
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Cut beef into 2-inch strips.
Put beef, 1 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, salt and white pepper in a bowl.
Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
