White Chicken Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans white whole kernel corn
    2 (15 oz.) cans Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
    2 (4 oz.) cans diced green bell peppers
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    crushed tortilla chips
    shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
Preparation
    In Dutch oven or large saucepan, combine undrained corn, beans, undrained chile peppers, water, onion, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, cumin and garlic.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat.
    Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
    Stir in chicken and heat through.
    Ladle into bowls and top with crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
