Leftover Turkey Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
    bones and trimming from 1 turkey
    3 cubes or 3 tsp. chicken bouillon
    6 c. water
    1/2 c. barley or rice (uncooked)
    3 medium carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    2 medium onions, sliced
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine first 6 ingredients; simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove bones and cut off meat, return meat to the broth.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
