No Fat Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted cake flour
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    6 large egg whites
    1 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. unflavored non-fat yogurt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, set aside.
    In a large bowl beat egg whites, brown sugar, yogurt and vanilla until well blended.
    Add flour mixture and beat until evenly moistened.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured 9-inch pan.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 until cake springs back when lightly pressed in the center.
    Cool in pan 15 minutes then invert onto serving plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Can be kept in an airtight container 1 or 2 days, but is very moist and should not be decorated with powdered sugar until just before serving.
    Serves 8.
    One serving has 220 calories and less than 1 gram of fat.
