Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium squash
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    onion, chopped
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. or more Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cut off each end of squash; boil whole until tender.
    After cooled, cut squash lengthwise, scoop out inside and save.
    Saute onion in butter until tender; mix together with all remaining ingredients, except squash shells.
    Put mixture back into squash shells.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
    Serves 6 to 8.
