Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 oz. chicken, cut in strips (approximately 2 breasts)
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. garlic, crushed
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1 medium pepper, sliced in strips
Preparation

In large bowl combine meat, orange juice, vinegar, garlic, cumin and salt.
Marinate 10 minutes.
In skillet heat oil; add onion, pepper and chicken mixture.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes, until chicken is cooked.
Serve on flour tortillas with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce and salsa.
