Seven-Layer Tex-Mex Chip Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 1/2 oz. size) cans jalapeno bean dip
    3 ripe avocados
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice*
    1/8 tsp. pepper*
    1 1/2 c. sour cream*
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix*
    1/2 c. scallions
    2 medium tomatoes (firm)
    1 (3 1/2 oz. size) can chopped pitted black olives
    9 oz. Cheddar cheese
    large tortilla chips
