Breakfast Burrito - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 small onion
    1 1/2 c. hash browns
    6 eggs, beaten
    6 flour tortillas, heated
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion in a skillet.
    Drain.
    Add potatoes and eggs; scramble all together.
    Place generous amounts of cooked mixture in a steamed tortilla.
    Use picante sauce, if desired.
