Dutch Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. apples, peeled and cut up
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. raisins (that have been sprinkled with flour)
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put apples in a large bowl; add beaten eggs to apples (the eggs keep the apples from turning dark).
    Add oil and sugar; mix well. Add dry ingredients, nuts and raisins next to last; last add vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Makes 12 servings.
