Molded Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. raspberry flavor jello
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. diced, peeled apple
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add cold water and lemon juice; chill until thickened.
    Stir in apple, celery, raisins and nuts.
    Pour into a 2 1/2 or 3-cup mold.
    Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
    Unmold.
