Herbed Baby Potatoes(Low-Fat - Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. potatoes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
black pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley (garnish)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a 2-quart casserole, toss potatoes in oil to coat each piece.
Add remaining ingredients, except parsley.
Toss to coat evenly.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
Garnish with parsley.
