Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and boned
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    12 oz. Doritos
    12 oz. American cheese
Preparation
    Place chicken in large baking dish.
    In saucepan, boil onion and water for 3 minutes.
    Add milk and sliced or grated cheese; simmer until cheese is melted.
    Add Ro-Tel and soups; heat until boiling.
    Place Doritos over chicken; pour sauce over top.
    Be sure sauce covers all.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
