Granny'S Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream butter with sugar; add eggs and buttermilk.
    Beat well. Add vanilla and coconut.
    Bake in uncooked pie shell for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
