Ingredients

1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. orange juice
dash of salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine sour cream, mustard and honey.
Beat well, as much as five minutes, to make it fluffy.
Add orange peel and salt.
Beat in fruit juices slowly.
Chill at least one hour.
Especially good for fruit combination salads.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
