Ingredients

1 chocolate cake mix, made like pound cake
2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding, made as directed
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 pkg. mini chocolate chips
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Cut cake in 1-inch squares.
Put layer in large serving dish (looks best in see through glass bowl).
Mix pudding with 12 ounces of
Cool Whip and place layer over cake.
Then put layer of chocolate chips.
Then another layer of cake, pudding and chocolate chips.
Place 8 ounces of Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
