Italian Egg Soup(Zuppa Pavese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter
    4 slices French bread
    4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 cans (14 oz. each) regular strength chicken broth
    4 egg yolks
Preparation
    Generously butter one side of the 4 slices French bread; place, buttered side up, on a cookie sheet.
    Toast in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden and crusty.
    Sprinkle each slice with 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese and broil until cheese is bubbly.
