Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix butter, sugar and eggs.
    Blend flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
    Stir into bottom mixture.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
    Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
    Roll balls in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place balls on cookie sheet, 2-inches apart.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
