Corned Beef Salad(Serves 10 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can corned beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Prepare Jell-O according to directions.
    Refrigerate until thick.
    Beat until light.
    Fold in mayonnaise.
    Add corned beef which has been cut in small pieces and all fibers removed.
    Add salt, onion, green pepper, chopped celery and eggs.
    Let congeal and serve on lettuce (or make sandwiches, if desired).
