Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
    Mix dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture with milk.
    Rinse blueberries and remove any stems.
    Mash 1/2 cup blueberries and stir into batter.
    Fold in remaining blueberries.
    Divide batter into 18 muffin cups (with paper liners) and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 1 1/2 dozen muffins.
