Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 boneless chicken breasts
1 bottle Italian dressing
4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 watermelon, cut in cubes
1/2 cantaloupe, cut in cubes
1/2 honeydew, cut in cubes
Preparation

Mix melons together in large bowl.
Mix Italian dressing and Dijon mustard in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add chicken.
Marinate overnight, turning every so often.
Heat grill to medium and grill chicken, turning as needed until done, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve with fresh melon salad.
Great, quick summer meal.
