Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (No.2) can tomatoes
    1 pkg. lasagne noodles
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    2 (12 oz.) cartons large curd cottage cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and add next 6 ingredients.
    Simmer uncovered until thick (about 1 hour), stirring occasionally.
    Cook noodles in boiling salt water until tender, drain, rinse in cold water. Meanwhile combine cottage cheese with the next 5 ingredients. Place half of the noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Spread half of the cheese and half the meat mixture.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and let stand about 15 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
