Lemon-Buttered Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small new potatoes (unpeeled), quartered
    2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    fresh parsley
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; drain carefully.
    Combine butter and all other ingredients in small pan.
    Cook over medium heat until
    butter melts.
    Pour mixture over potatoes.
    Serve immediately.
