Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans whole leaf spinach, drained
    1 large carton smooth cottage cheese
    3/4 lb. grated cheese
    1 stick butter or margarine
    6 slightly beaten eggs or Egg Beaters
    6 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Grease casserole (makes 13 x 9 x 1 1/2-inch size pan).
    Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Freezes very nicely.
