Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. (2 1/2 lb.) quartered potatoes
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    paprika
Preparation
    Cover potatoes with water and boil until tender; drain well. Mash potatoes and stir in salad dressing, softened cream cheese and onion flakes.
    Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste.
    Spoon into casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Sprinkle paprika over potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    May be prepared and frozen for future use.
