Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vinegar
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Melt margarine; let cool.
    Cream with sugar.
    Add eggs and remaining ingredients.
    Bake in unbaked pie shell 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Cool before serving.
