Potato Sour Cream Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium large potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick (1/2 c.) margarine
    1 c. chopped onions or green onions
    bread crumbs or grated cheese (to top)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes whole.
    Peel and slice thin when cool.
    Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth and add potatoes to mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese or bread crumbs last 5 minutes.
