Dang Good Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick oleo, melted
3 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. shredded coconut
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar.
Add melted butter and well beaten eggs. Add
pineapple,
coconut and vanilla.
Put in raw crust and bake until
knife stuck in center of pie comes out clean. Start at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Then turn to 325\u00b0 for remainder of baking time.
