Light 'N Crisp Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Prepare waffle iron.
    Put all ingredients in blender container and process at medium speed until smooth.
    Pour 1/2 cup batter over center of grids and bake until golden (about 2 minutes). Yield: 18 servings.
