Mississippi Mud Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. 10x sugar
    2 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream butter, flour and pecans (save some pecans for topping). Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes; let cool.
    Mix cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and 1 cup 10x sugar. Spread over crust.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
    Make 2 packages chocolate pudding using 3 cups of milk.
    Spread over cream cheese. Spread with remaining Cool Whip.
    Top with pecans and coconut.
    Refrigerate 1 day before serving.
