Chicken Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French-cut green beans
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    1 1/2 c. dry (uncooked) Minute rice
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute chicken, mushrooms and garlic in oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients, except rice; bring to a full boil. Stir in rice.
    Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes (or until liquid is absorbed).
    Serves 4.
