Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. soda
3 green apples, peeled and chopped
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs well; add sugar and oil.
Sift flour , soda and salt.
Add a little at a time.
Fold in nuts, apples and vanilla. Bake in a Bundt pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
It may take more than an hour, just keep checking.
